Transparency

Transparency is part of stewardship. On this page you’ll find the documents and information you need to understand how the foundation operates. We publish what we have because trust should never require guesswork — and we will add to this page as our documentation grows.

Legal Status

The Inday and Oming Deiparine Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States. Our EIN is 33-2418989. Donations to the foundation are tax-deductible under U.S. law. We were incorporated in California on December 14, 2024, and received our IRS 501(c)(3) determination on January 2, 2025. We are classified as a public charity under IRC Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). Our California Entity No. is 6494145. Our registered address is Anaheim, California.

Financial Information

As a new organization, we are in our first full year of operations. Our initial annual report and Form 990 will be published here once filed. In the meantime, we are committed to tracking every dollar received and spent, and to making that record available to donors who ask. We do not pay excessive administrative costs, and program funds go directly to scholars and community recipients in the Philippines.

Governance

The foundation is governed by a board of directors drawn from the Deiparine family and trusted community members. Board members serve without compensation. Our conflict-of-interest policy and bylaws are available upon request. We operate under formal gift acceptance and financial oversight policies to protect donor intent and ensure accountability.
