The Inday and Oming Deiparine Foundation is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization built on a simple belief: that generosity, directed with care and accountability, can change lives.
The foundation is named after Inday and Oming Deiparine — Jerome Montecillo’s late grandparents, who raised him and his sister and gave quietly and consistently throughout their lives. When Jerome founded this organization in 2024, he chose to honor their memory by giving back to the community they called home: Ozamiz City in the Philippines. The name is personal. Every scholar the foundation supports carries a piece of their legacy.
What We Do
Scholarships — Our active program. Through the Pionero Scholarship, we fund full tuition for talented, financially underserved students at La Salle University Integrated School in Ozamiz City, paid directly to the school.
Community Support — Targeted assistance for families and communities facing barriers to stability, health, and daily life. We take on community work as verified needs and trusted local partners come together.
Emergency Relief — When typhoons, floods, or other crises strike, we direct aid to affected Filipino families through people and partners we know on the ground.

We believe donors deserve to know exactly where their money goes. The foundation maintains clear records of every program, expense, and outcome, and we publish our legal and financial documentation on our Transparency page as it becomes available — starting with our registration details and, once filed, our first Form 990.
